Our reception space comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests and now features a newly built stage designed for live bands, DJs, and elevated entertainment. From seated dinners to an open dance floor and high-energy late-night moments, the layout supports the natural flow of your celebration without crowding or compromise.

Your Celebration, Fully Supported
Whether you’re hosting a single day celebration or a full wedding weekend, your rental includes tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, a 40-foot bar with in-house bar services and professional bartenders, two ATV limos for transporting guests, post-event breakdown of the venue and rentals. This service covers breaking down tables, chairs, and all table decor so you and your guests can simply celebrate without lifting a finger.
To ensure a smooth, well managed event, professional service staff is required for all packages. This allows us to maintain the flow, safety, and overall guest experience throughout your celebration. If your caterer does not provide staffing, we also offer professional staff as an add-on to support food service.
Stephanie, our Event Sales & Experience Manager, is available to support you with vendor coordination, including linens, décor, and other trusted partners, helping ensure your vision comes to life seamlessly.
When the reception ends, your responsibilities do too — allowing you and your guests to fully enjoy the celebration without the burden of breakdown or logistics.

Marshall Mountain Resort offers ample parking, with convenient spaces near both the barn and pond to keep your guests close to the heart of your celebration.
For those traveling with campers, you’re welcome to bring them for an immersive mountain experience. While water hookups and full RV services are not yet available, the property provides plenty of space to park and settle in comfortably.
The barn at Marshall Mountain Resort already features enchanting lighting, creating a warm, inviting glow for your celebration — and you’re welcome to add your own personal touches to make it uniquely yours.
No need to stress about clean up: all of your decorations are safely stored after the reception and ready for pick up the following day, so you can fully enjoy every moment of your celebration.

Marshall Mountain Resort offers full indoor restroom facilities for you and your guests, with one conveniently located just outside the barn and another inside the barn for easy access throughout your celebration.
For the 2026 season, both indoor and outdoor restrooms are being upgraded to provide even greater comfort and convenience, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.
Other Amenities
Unlike most venues that charge extra, Marshall Mountain Resort includes a fully equipped kitchen for your caterer’s use. The kitchen features a prep area, a full oven, and a separate cleaning space, all enclosed in its own room out of view of you and your guests. This ensures seamless food preparation and service without disrupting your celebration.
You and your caterer are welcome to bring in any additional equipment or tools needed for your menu — we work with them to make sure everything flows smoothly
